Position: Food Delivery Man
Salary: 1300 SAR + Tips
Duty Hours: 8 hours daily, 6 days a week
Age Requirement: 21-40 years

Job Responsibilities for Food Delivery Man (HungerStation):

  1. Food Delivery:
    • Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure orders are accurate and complete before leaving the restaurant.
  2. Route Planning:
    • Use the HungerStation app to navigate delivery routes and ensure timely deliveries.
    • Maintain knowledge of the local area to optimize delivery times.
  3. Customer Interaction:
    • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
    • Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and professionally.
  4. Safety and Compliance:
    • Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols during deliveries.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle.
  5. App Knowledge:
    • Operate the HungerStation delivery app to receive and manage orders.
    • Keep the app updated with current order status and location.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with the restaurant and support teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
    • Report any delivery issues or accidents to the supervisor immediately.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Must know how to ride a bike (essential for the role).
  • Basic knowledge of the HungerStation app or willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic or English.
  • Ability to navigate the local area efficiently.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Previous delivery experience is a plus.
