- Duty Hours: 8 hours daily, 6 days a week

Job Responsibilities for Assistant / Store Keeper (SBK Holding):
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory.
- Organize and arrange items in the store for easy accessibility.
- Stock Handling:
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for quantity and quality.
- Issue supplies and materials to departments or individuals as required.
- Store Maintenance:
- Keep the storage area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of items to prevent damage or loss.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports.
- Notify supervisors of any discrepancies or shortages in stock.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Assist colleagues and supervisors in other duties as required.
- Adherence to Standards:
- Follow company protocols for inventory and store management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
Skills and Attributes:
- Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory records.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of English is required for communication and reporting.
